Upon moving to Dubai, its owner COCOPARIS honered her crafts at Le Cordon Bleu Japan and Ritz Carlton Paris with an innovative approach to desserts, chocolates, and cakes.

Cocoparis continued her journey as one of the pastry chefs at Buckingham Palace London and three-star Michelin Restaurant Mosimann's in London. She focuses on the experience that she gained from all around the world and shares her dream of showcasing art through the science of pastry. At COCOPARIS Dubai, you will find her persistence, truth and love.
